Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, 1442,53 Euro an die Kläger als Gesamtgläubiger nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 1 % hieraus für den Zeitraum vom 06.08.2002 bis 30.04.2003 und in Höhe von 0,5 % Zinsen für den Zeitraum vom 01.05.2003 bis 31.03.2005, sowie 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 01.04.2005 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten zu 83 % und den Klägern als Gesamtschuldnern zu 17 % auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleis-tung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden Betrages.

Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
