Kerpen District Court dismissed the claims brought by two plaintiffs against a defendant. It ordered the plaintiffs to bear court costs and the defendant’s out-of-court costs in full within each separate procedural relationship. If the defendant seeks a unified cost assessment based on the combined values of the individual disputes, Plaintiff 1 must bear 53% and Plaintiff 2 47% of the defendant’s out-of-court costs; otherwise, no cost reimbursement is due. The judgment is provisionally enforceable, subject to the stated 110% security arrangements.
