Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin DM 1 585 ,00 nebst 4% Zinsen seit dem 26.11.1993 zu zahlen, im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin zu 1/3 und die Beklagte zu 2/3

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von DM 2 000,00. Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von DM 200,00 abwenden, sofern nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet. Beiden Parteien wird gestattet, die jeweilige Sicherheitsleistung auch durch selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft einer als Zoll- und Steuerbürge zugelassenen deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse zu erbringen.
