Tenor

In dem Rechtsstreit A gegen B wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an den Kläger 649,75 € nebst Zinsen i. H. v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.11.2017 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung abzuwenden durch Sicherheitsleistung i. H. v. 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit i. H. v. 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
