Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, unter Abweisung im Übrigen, an den Kläger 1.000,00 DM (eintausend Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 15.02.1991 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen zu 4/5 der Kläger und zu 1/5 die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
