Die Beklagte zu 2.) wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.372,04 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.06.2014 zu zahlen. Die Beklagte zu 2.) wird weiterhin verurteilt, an den Kläger außergerichtliche Rechtsanwaltsgebühren in Höhe von 201,71 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.10.2014 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage wird der Kläger verurteilt, an die Beklagte 1.829,38 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 3.11.2015 zu zahlen.
