Tenor

Der Beklagte zu 1.) wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 300,75 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 19.08.2017 zu zahlen.

Zudem wird der Beklagte zu 1.) verurteilt, an den Kläger außergerichtliche Rechtsverfolgungskosten in Höhe von 54,15 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.02.2018 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten zu 2.) trägt der Kläger. Die übrigen Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 2/3 und der Beklagte zu 1.) zu 1/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Vollstreckungsschuldner kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
