Tenor

    1. Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an den Kläger ein Schmerzensgeld von 8.000,00 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 5. September 1994 zu zahlen.
    1. Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.
    1. Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger 20 %, die Beklagten tragen gesamtschuldnerisch 80 %.
    1. Das Urteil ist für den Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 13.000,00 DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
