Tenor

Der Einspruch der Beklagten gegen das Versäumnisurteil vom 29.06.2017 wird im Hinblick auf den Zahlungsanspruch verworfen.

Im Weiteren werden die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 361,10 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.08.2017 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Beklagten gesamtschuldnerisch zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
