Die an Frau Rechtsanwältin M aus Q-Stadt aus der Staatskasse zu zahlenden Gebühren und Auslagen, werden in Abänderung der Festsetzung vom 16.06.2016 und unter gleichzeitiger Abhilfe der Erinnerung des Bezirksrevisors beim Landgericht als Vertreter der Landeskasse vom 20.07.2016 anderweitig nunmehr auf 1.157,28 EUR festgesetzt.

Der Differenzbetrag in Höhe von 444,46 EUR ist an die Landeskasse zurück zu zahlen.
