Auf die Klage wird die Beklagte verurteilt, die Klägerin von den außergerichtlichen Kosten der anwaltlichen Vertretung in Höhe von 215,00 € freizustellen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage wird festgestellt, dass der Klägerin über die Klageforderung i.H.v. 1640,21 € hinaus kein weiterer Anspruch auf Zahlung von Mietwagenkosten zusteht.
