  • 1 Die Antragsgegnerin wird verpflichtet, an den Antragsteller für die Zeit von Februar 2012 bis Januar 2013 einen Unterhaltsrückstand in Höhe von 3.264 € (272 € x 12) zu zahlen.

  • 2 Die Antragsgegnerin wird verpflichtet, an den Antragsteller ab Februar 2013 monatlich im voraus bis spätestens zum 3. Werktag eines jeden Monats Kindesunterhalt in Höhe von 100 % des Mindestunterhalts nach der Düsseldorfer Tabelle (Stufe 1 der jeweiligen Altersgruppe), abzüglich hälftiges Kindergeld, Zahlbetrag derzeit 272 €, zu zahlen.

  • 3 Die Antragsgegnerin trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.

  • 4 Diese Entscheidung ist sofort wirksam.
