Tenor

Der Angeklagte wird wegen gefährlicher Körperverletzung zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 6 Monaten mit Strafaussetzung zur Bewährung verurteilt.

Er wird entsprechend seines Anerkenntnisses weiter verurteilt, an den Geschädigten N ein Schmerzensgeld in Höhe von 1.800,00 € zu zahlen.

Der Angeklagte hat die Kosten des Verfahrens und die eigenen notwendigen Auslagen zu tragen.
