  1. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 575,00 € sowie 58,81 € vorgerichtliche Anwaltsgebühren nebst jeweils 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.2.2005 zu zahlen. Im übrigen wird die Klage ab-gewiesen.

  2. Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen 35 % der Kläger und 65 % die Beklag-ten. Die Liquidation des Sachverständigen C vom 9.1.2006 in Höhe von 524,34 € fällt den Beklagten allein zur Last.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
