Tenor
Der Beklagte zu 1) wird als Gesamtschuldner neben der Beklagten zu 2), die durch Ver-säumnisurteil vom 21.05.2005 bereits verurteilt worden ist, verurteilt, die Wohnung....., gelegen im ersten Obergeschoß, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern, einer Küche, einer Diele, einem Bad, einem Balkon nebst zugehörigem Kellerraum zu räumen und geräumt an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
Der Beklagte zu 1) wird darüberhinaus als Gesamtschuldner neben der bereits durch Versäumnisurteil vom 21.05.2003 verurteilten Beklagten zu 2) verurteilt, an die Klägerin 895,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 442,50 Euro seit dem 05.12.2002, aus weiteren 10,00 Euro seit dem 05.01.2003 und aus weiteren 442,50 Euro seit dem 04.04.2003 sowie vorgerichtliche Kosten in Höhe von 22,90 Euro abzüglich am 05.05.2003 gezahlter 442,50 Euro und am 06.05.2003 ge-zahlter weiterer 452,50 Euro zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, daß sich der Rechtsstreit hinsichtlich der Zah-lungsklage in Höhe von 895,00 Euro erledigt hat.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tra-gen die Beklagten als Gesamt-schuldner.
