betreffend Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege
Erwägungen: 1. Mit Eingabe vom 20. November 2012 liess A._____ (nachfolgend: Gesuch- steller) durch seinen Rechtsvertreter beim Obergericht des Kantons Zürich ein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege für einen Forderungsprozess gegen die B._____ AG einreichen (act. 1). Gleichzeitig liess er um die Be- stellung eines unentgeltlichen Rechtsbeistandes in der Person von Rechts- anwalt lic. iur. X._____ ersuchen (act. 1). 2. Mit Eingabe vom 27. November 2012 zog der Gesuchsteller sein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege zurück (act. 5). Damit ist das vorliegende Verfahren gemäss Art. 241 Abs. 3 ZPO infolge Rückzugs des Gesuchs als erledigt abzuschreiben. 3. Kosten für das vorliegende Verfahren sind keine zu erheben. Es wird verfügt: 1. Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug des Gesuchs erledigt abgeschrieben. 2. Das obergerichtliche Verfahren ist kostenlos. 3. Schriftliche Mitteilung, je gegen Empfangsschein, an: - den Rechtsvertreter des Gesuchstellers, zweifach, für sich und den Gesuchsteller sowie - das Friedensrichteramt Winterthur. 4. Eine Beschwerde gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 10 Tagen von der Zustellung an im Doppel und unter Beilage dieses Entscheids beim Oberge- richt des Kantons Zürich, Zivilkammern, Postfach 2401, 8021 Zürich, einge- reicht werden. In der Beschwerdeschrift sind die Anträge zu stellen und zu begründen. Allfällige Urkunden sind mit zweifachem Verzeichnis beizulegen. Die gesetzlichen Fristenstillstände gelten nicht (Art. 145 Abs. 2 ZPO).
