Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung: Die Klägerin hat am 22. Februar 2017 eine Schutzschrift eingereicht (act. 1). Das Gesuch wird gestützt auf Art. 270 ZPO gestellt. Der Einzelrichter verfügt: 1.
