The Federal Assembly granted federal guarantee to articles 52(3)(6) and 65(2)(8) of the revised constitution of the canton of Unterwald-le-Bas, which had been accepted by the Landsgemeinde on 1990-04-29. vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 août 19921), arrête:
Article premier
La garantie fédérale est accordée aux articles 52, 3e alinéa, chiffre 6, et 65, 2ª alinéa, chiffre 8, de la constitution du canton d'Unterwald-le-Bas, acceptés lors de la landsgemeinde du 29 avril 1990.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
