L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 26 juin 19911),
arrête:
Article premier
La garantie fédérale est accordée:
Au paragraphe 26, 2e alinéa, de la constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire du 2 juin 1991;
A l'article 25, 1er alinéa, de la constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire du 2 juin 1991;
Aux articles 19, 1er alinéa, et 20, 1er alinéa, de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la Landsgemeinde du 28 avril 1991;
Au paragraphe 59, 1er alinéa, de la constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire du 2 juin 1991;
A l'article 88, 1er alinéa, de la constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire du 2 juin 1991.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référen- dum.
