du 6 mars 1991
L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu l'article 4 de l'arrêté fédéral du 22 mars 19911) relatif à la coopération internationale en matière d'enseignement supérieur et de mobilité; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 septembre 19902), arrête:
Article premier
Un crédit d'engagement de 52 millions de francs est octroyé pour financer la coopération internationale en matière d'enseignement supérieur et de mobilité.
Art. 2
Les engagements particuliers peuvent être contractés par le Conseil fédéral jusqu'au 31 décembre 1993.
Art. 3
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référen- dum.
