Arrêté fédéral instituant des mesures en faveur de la viticulture (modification)
Ces arrêtés sont soumis au référendum facultatif conformément à l'article 89bis, 2ª alinéa, de la constitution. Le délai d'opposition expire le 28 mars 1990.
