Art. 275, 294 let. f CPP Vu l'enquête n° PE07.019648-LML instruite d'office par le Juge d'instruction de l'arrondissement de Lausanne contre S.________ pour pornographie, vu l'ordonnance du 8 juillet 2009, par laquelle le magistrat instructeur a renvoyé S.________ devant le Tribunal correctionnel de l'arrondissement de Lausanne comme accusé de l'infraction précitée, vu le recours exercé en temps utile par le prénommé contre cette décision, vu les pièces du dossier; attendu que le recourant conteste son renvoi en jugement comme accusé de pornographie,
2 - que l'enquête, suffisamment instruite, a toutefois révélé des indices de culpabilité suffisants justifiant son renvoi en tribunal comme accusé de l'infraction en question (cf. PV aud. 1 et 2, P. 8), qu'en vertu de l'art. 306 al. 3 CPP, le Tribunal d'accusation n'a pas à motiver sa décision sur ce point, que le recourant pourra présenter sa version des faits et faire valoir ses moyens de défense devant l'autorité de jugement; attendu, en définitive, que le recours est rejeté et l'ordonnance confirmée, que les frais du présent arrêt sont mis à la charge du recourant en vertu de l'art. 307 CPP. Par ces motifs, le Tribunal d'accusation, statuant à huis clos : I. Rejette le recours. II. Confirme l'ordonnance. III. Dit que les frais d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (deux cent vingt francs), sont mis à la charge du recourant. IV. Déclare l'arrêt exécutoire.
