Art. 241 al. 3 CPC Statuant à huis clos sur le recours interjeté par B., à Savigny, contre la décision rendue le 11 septembre 2014 par la Présidente du Tribunal civil de l’arrondissement de l’Est vaudois dans la cause divisant le recourant d’avec Me M., la Juge déléguée de la Chambre des recours civile du Tribunal cantonal voit :
2 - E n f a i t e t e n d r o i t : 1.Par décision du 11 septembre 2014, notifiée aux parties le même jour, la Présidente du Tribunal civil de l’arrondissement de l’Est vaudois a notamment fixé à 4’841 fr. 20, débours et TVA inclus, l’indemnité de conseil d’office de B., allouée à Me M. pour la période du 24 octobre 2013 au 4 août 2014. 2.Par acte du 19 septembre 2014, B.________ a recouru contre la décision précitée, concluant tacitement à ce qu’elle soit réformée en ce sens que l’indemnité allouée à Me M.________ soit revue à la baisse. 3.Par lettre du 30 septembre 2014, le recourant, par l’intermédiaire de son nouveau conseil, a déclaré retirer son recours. Il convient d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 241 al. 3 CPC [Code de procédure civile du 19 décembre 2008, RS 272]), ce qui relève de la compétence du juge délégué de la Cour de céans (art. 43 al. 1 let. a CDPJ [Code de droit privé judiciaire vaudois du 12 janvier 2010, RSV 211.02]). 4.Le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais judiciaires (art. 11 TFJC [tarif du 28 septembre 2010 des frais judiciaires civils, RSV 270.11.5]).
