Art. 400, 450 et 450d al. 2 CC ; 242 CPC La Juge déléguée de la Chambre des curatelles du Tribunal cantonal prend séance pour statuer sur le recours interjeté par K., à Lausanne, contre la décision rendue le 25 avril 2013 par la Justice de paix du district de Lausanne dans la cause concernant H.. Délibérant à huis clos, la Juge déléguée voit :

  1. Par décision du 1 er octobre 2013, la Justice de paix du district de Lausanne, reconsidérant sa décision du 25 avril 2013 en application de l'art. 450d al. 2 CC (Code civil suisse du 10 décembre 1907, RS 210), a notamment relevé K.________ de son mandat de curatrice de H., purement et simplement (I), et nommé [...] en qualité de curatrice pour exercer ses fonctions dans le cadre de la curatelle volontaire à forme de l’art. 394 aCC instituée en faveur de H. (II).
  2. Le recours interjeté le 20 août 2013 par K.________ contre la décision du 25 avril 2013, dans lequel elle déclarait s’opposer à sa désignation en qualité de curatrice de H.________, est dès lors devenu sans objet. Il convient d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (cf. art. 242 CPC [Code de procédure civile du 19 décembre 2008, RS 272], applicable par renvoi de l'art. 450f CC ; Reusser, Basler Kommentar, Erwachsenenschutz, 2012, n. 29 ad art. 450d CC, p. 662 ; Tappy, CPC commenté, Bâle 2011, n. 5 ad art. 242 CPC, p. 943), ce qui relève de la compétence du juge délégué de la Chambre des curatelles (art. 43 al. 1 let. d CDPJ [Code de droit privé judiciaire vaudois du 12 janvier 2010, RSV 211.02]).
  3. Le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais judiciaires (art. 74a al. 4 TFJC [tarif du 28 septembre 2010 des frais judiciaires civils, RSV 270.11.5]).
