2 - Vu le recours formé le 15 mai 2009 par J.________ à l’encontre de la décision prise le 6 avril précédent par l'OAI, vu la réponse déposée le 14 septembre 2009 par l'OAI, vu la déclaration de retrait du recours envoyée par la recourante le 14 octobre 2009; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise du 28 octobre 2008 sur la procédure administrative, RSV 173.36), qu'en l'espèce, la recourante a procédé à une avance de frais de 300 fr., qu'il se justifie, vu le nombre d'opérations effectuées, l'ampleur de la procédure et le retrait du recours, de restituer l'entier de l'avance de frais, par 300 fr., à J.________, qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD). Par ces motifs, le juge unique p r o n o n c e : I. La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours. II. La recourante a droit au remboursement de son coupon de justice de 300 fr. (trois cents francs). III. Il n’est pas perçu de frais judiciaires ni alloué de dépens.
