2 - Vu le recours formé le 20 juin 2010 par B.________ à l’encontre de la décision sur opposition prise le 31 mai 2010 par la Caisse cantonale vaudoise de compensation AVS (ci-après : la caisse), vu la réponse de la caisse du 20 août 2010 acceptant de reconnaître à l'assurée le statut d'indépendant et proposant à cette dernière de retirer son recours, vu la déclaration de retrait du recours signée le 23 août 2010 par B.________ ; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise sur la procédure administrative ; RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD).
