The appellants challenged the State Council’s decision approving the zoning plan of the municipality. At the hearing of 11 April 2003, their representative withdrew the appeal. The Planning Tribunal therefore struck the case off the roll and ordered that no court fees or costs be charged. The decision contains no substantive review of the zoning-plan approval.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking the case from the roll; costs: where the appellant withdraws the remedy before judgment, the court removes the proceeding from the docket and may order that no fees or expenses be levied, as expressly stated in the decree.
