Summary

The appellant withdrew the appeal against the Cantonal Council of State’s resolution approving the municipal zoning plan. The Planning Court of the Territory therefore held that the case had become moot and removed the appeal from its docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged. The decision was issued by the Tribunal della pianificazione del territorio in Lugano on 24 November 2000.
