Summary

The appellant challenged a State Council resolution concerning the forest boundary adjacent to the buildable area of the Municipality of __________. Before the Tribunal of the Spatial Planning of the Territory ruled, the appellant informed the court in writing that it was withdrawing the appeal. The tribunal therefore held that the case had become moot and struck it from the roll. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.
