al decreto di non luogo a procedere 15.10.2004 emanato dal procuratore pubblico Fiorenza Bergomi nei confronti di ignoti per titolo di furto ed appropriazione indebita;
richiamata l'ordinanza 28.10.2004 di questa Camera, che invitava l'istante ad emendare il gravame entro il termine di 10 giorni, sotto comminatoria di stralcio dal ruolo del procedimento;
rilevato che con scritto 30.10/2.11.2004 l'istante ha dichiarato di ritirare il gravame;
ritenuto pertanto che il procedimento può essere stralciato dal ruolo;
visti gli art. 186 CPP e ogni altra norma applicabile;
