RI 1 appealed against the municipality of CO 1’s award of the glass supply and installation contract for a new kindergarten to CO 2. On 28 June 2005, the appellant notified the court that it was withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal cantonal amministrativo therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or costs be taken.
