preso atto che il 7 maggio 2003 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare i ricorsi, ritenuto che le parti hanno trovato un accordo bonale ed ha chiesto di stralciare le cause dai ruoli senza assegnazione di ripetibili e senza spese;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese. Non si assegnano ripetibili.
