The Ticino Administrative Court noted that the appellant withdrew its appeal on 12 May 2000 in proceedings against the State Council's decision concerning Lugano's 1997 accounts. As a result, the court held that the case was concluded, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal terminates the proceedings and leads to striking the matter from the docket; in the absence of a substantive determination, the court may order that no court fees or costs be levied.
