The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a 27 August 1997 State Council decision suspending the appellant from office and salary. The appellant, through counsel, withdrew the appeal. The court held that the proceedings were therefore exhausted and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.
Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings devoid of purpose and justifies striking the case from the docket; in such a situation, the court may order that no judicial fees or costs be levied.

decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
