la decisione 14 maggio 1998, no. 2305, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dall'insorgente avverso la risoluzione 7 ottobre 1996 con cui il municipio di __________ ha sospeso per due anni l'esame della domanda di costruzione inoltrata dalla stessa ricorrente per la posa di una pensilina a copertura del piazzale d'accesso all'aeroporto di __________ (part. no. __________, __________ e __________ RFD);
ritenuto che il municipio di __________, con risoluzione 7 ottobre 1996, aveva sospeso per due anni l'esame della domanda di costruzione inoltrata dalla __________, concernente la posa di una pensilina, in quanto in contrasto con gli studi pianificatori;
rilevato che durante le more del procedimento il termine di sospensione previsto dall'art. 65 LALPT è nel frattempo spirato;
considerato pertanto che il ricorso è così divenuto privo di oggetto;
decreta:
§. Gli atti sono rinviati al municipio di __________ affinché statuisca sulla domanda di costruzione.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
