The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision concerning the removal of remains at the municipal cemetery. Before the court could decide on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 1995-10-25. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal terminates the proceedings; the court must strike the case from the docket and, absent special circumstances, may order that no court fees or costs be charged.
