considerato che con atto del 6 febbraio 2004 la Cassa cantonale di compensazione AVS/AI/IPG ha rifiutato le prestazioni chieste dall'assicurato;
rilevato che, pur non costituendo formale decisione impugnabile a questo TCA il signor __________ si è aggravato contro il provvedimento;
l'atto di ricorso è stato intimato all'amministrazione per una presa di posizione;
costatato che la parte ricorrente con scritto 24.03.04 comunica di ritirare il gravame, avendole la Cassa, nel frattempo, intimato una nuova decisione che accoglie le richieste ricorsuali (doc._);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
