rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:

  1. non si prelevano né tasse né spese;

  2. intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
