Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona

in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

richiamata l'ordinanza 9.9.02 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta (II);

vista la lettera 10.2.03 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso avendole l'Ufficio AI nel frattempo versato l'importo di fr. 9'732.- oggetto della vertenza (VII);

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
