rilevato che la multa non è stata pagata e che ogni tentativo di incasso è risultato infruttuoso;
considerato pertanto che occorre procedere alla commutazione della multa inflitta, in ragione di un giorno di arresto ogni fr. 30.-- di multa, ma al massimo novanta giorni;
richiamati gli art. 49 cifra 3 CP e 347 CPP,
pronuncia 1. L'istanza del Ministero Pubblico Bellinzona, di commutazione della multa in arresto è accolta.
