The Bellinzona Pretura penale granted the Federal Customs Administration's request to convert the unpaid remainder of a fine into arrest. considerato pertanto che occorre procedere alla commutazione della multa inflitta, in ragione di un giorno di arresto ogni fr. 30.-- di multa, ma al massimo novanta giorni;

pronuncia 1. L'istanza del Amministrazione federale delle dogane __________ __________, di commutazione della multa in arresto è accolta.
Di conseguenza il residuo di fr. 282.50 della multa di fr. 800.-- inflitta a __________ __________, domiciliato a __________ __________, __________ , con decreto numero RFA // di data ____________________ 2002, è commutato in 9 giorni di arresto.
