Richiamata la diffida 10 luglio 2001 del presidente di questa Camera mediante la quale ai ricorrenti veniva assegnato un termine scadente il 30 luglio 2001 per effettuare sul c.c.p. 69-10370-9 del Tribunale d’appello -introiti AGITI- un deposito di fr. 300.-- a titolo di anticipo per le presunte spese giudiziarie, con la comminatoria che, in caso di mancato versamento dell'importo entro il termine fissato, il ricorso sarebbe stato dichiarato deserto ai sensi dell'art. 312 CPC;

osservato come, in materia di locazione e affitti, i termini non subiscono interruzioni per la ricorrenza delle ferie (art. 509 CPC);

preso atto come, entro il termine assegnato, nessun versamento è pervenuto alla Tesoreria del Tribunale di appello, per cui lo stesso debba ritenersi infruttuosamente trascorso,

decreta 1. L'appello 6 luglio 2001 di __________e _________, avverso la decisione 22 giugno 2001 del Segretario assessore della Pretura di Bellinzona, è stralciato dai ruoli per mancato versamento dell'anticipo.

  1. Le spese del presente giudizio con tassa di giustizia per complessivi fr. 50.-- sono poste a carico degli appellanti in solido.
