Richiamata l'opposizione 8 novembre 2004 di

interposta al decreto d’accusa n. di data 26 ottobre 2004 del AINQ 1 ;
considerato che con suo scritto 01/03 dicembre 2004, l’accusato ha dichiarato di ritirare la suddetta opposizione;
richiamato l’art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP;
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
§ L'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese di giustizia.
