interposta al decreto d’accusa DA 248/2004 di data 2 febbraio 2004 del AINQ 1

vista la convenzione sottoscritta tra le parti in data 24 settembre 2004 e prodotta in sede dibattimentale;

considerato che, alla luce della predetta convenzione, la querelante ha dichiatato di ritirare seduta stante la propria querela penale;

richiamato l’art. 31 CPS;

decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli.

§ L'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
