Omnilex summary

The defendant opposed a summary penalty order accusing her of receiving stolen silver objects bought cheaply after a burglary. After a hearing before the Pretura penale in Bellinzona, the court acquitted her of the charge, ordered the seized items returned to the antiquities shop owner, and placed the costs on the State. The parties were also informed of their right to seek written reasons and to appeal within five days.
