decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa è esecutivo.

  1. Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per oggi, 28 settembre 2004 alle ore 16:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
