Summary

The accused had objected to a criminal decree issued by the public prosecutor. Before the scheduled hearing, the complaint was withdrawn pursuant to a settlement dated 2003-11-04. The Pretura penale therefore struck the proceedings from the docket, cancelled the hearing set for 2003-11-05, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for further action within his competence. Court costs were imposed on the State.
