hat die Kantonsgerichtsvizepräsidentin,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass die Staatsanwaltschaft March mit Zustimmung der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft gegen das Urteil des Bezirksgerichts March vom 5. Mai 2020 innert Frist am 19. Mai 2020 Berufung anmeldete (KG-act. 2; Art. 399 Abs. 1 StPO);
dass das begründete Urteil am 19. August 2020 zum Versand kam;
dass die Staatsanwaltschaft March mit Zustimmung der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft mit Schreiben vom 31. August 2020 den Rückzug der angemeldeten Berufung bekanntgab (KG-act. 4/0);
dass somit infolge Rückzugs der angemeldeten Berufung die Berufung praxisgemäss im Verfahren nach § 40 Abs. 2 i.V.m. § 41 Abs. 1 JG präsidial abzuschreiben ist (Art. 386 StPO; STK 2012 22 vom 7. Mai 2012);
dass die Gerichtskosten der zweiten Instanz bei diesem Ausgang zu Lasten des Staates gehen;-
verfügt:
1. Die Berufung wird infolge Rückzugs abgeschrieben.
2. Die zweitinstanzlichen Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.00 gehen zu Lasten des Staates.
3. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach Massgabe von Art. 78 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Strafsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden. Die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen.
4. Zufertigung an die Oberstaatsanwaltschaft (1/R) und die Staatsanwaltschaft March (1/A), je unter Beilage von KG-act. 4 in Kopie sowie an Rechtsanwalt C.________ (2/R), die Privatkläger (je 1/R), je mit Kopie von KG-act. 4 und 4/0 und an die Vorinstanz (1/A) sowie nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R, unter Rückgabe der Akten und zum Vollzug inkl. Mitteilungen gemäss Dispositivziff. 16 des vorinstanzlichen Urteils) und an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
