Die Beschwerdeführerin wurde schon zur Aussöhnungsverhandlung von ihrem Anwalt begleitet. Der Beklagte legte die Buchhaltungsabschlüsse 1996 und 1997 vor. Mit keinem Wort beanstandete die Ehefrau die Unterlagen als ungenügend. Sie stellte keinen Antrag auf Beizug früherer Bilanzen. Unter diesen Umständen kann von einer willkürlichen Feststellung des Sachverhaltes deshalb, weil lediglich zwei Abschlüsse herangezogen wurden, keine Rede sein. Denn wenn auch das Ehescheidungsverfahren von der Untersuchungsmaxime beherrscht wird, sind die Parteien doch verpflichtet, den Richter bei der Sammlung des Prozessstoffes zu unterstützen. Namentlich haben sie in ihrem Besitz sich befindliche Unterlagen zu einzureichen. Haben sie diese nicht zur Hand, wissen aber, dass sie sich bei der Gegenpartei befinden, haben sie beim Richter die Edition zu beantragen.
