SOG 1976 Nr. 21 **§ 193 StPO.*Eine Kassationsbeschwerde, die sich lediglich auf den Kassationsgrund des § 190 Abs. 1 lit. c stützte, kann nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist nicht mehr auf einen Kassationsgrund nach § 190 Abs. 1 lit. b ausgedehnt werden. Innert der in § 193 Abs. 1 StPO gesetzten 10tägigen Beschwerdefrist ist vorliegend eine unbegründete Kassationsbeschwerde eingegangen. In Anwendung von Abs. 2 lit. b dieser Bestimmung wird daher angenommen, dass sich der Beschwerdeführer auf den in § 190 Abs. 1 lit. c StPO genannten Grund stützt. Der Beschwerdegrund von § 190 Abs. 1 lit. b StPO, auf den sich der Beschuldigte nachträglich beruft, wurde erst nach Ablauf der Rechtsmittelfrist geltend gemacht. Er ist daher ebenso unbeachtlich wie die noch später eingetroffene einlässliche Beschwerdebegründung der Verteidigerin, soweit sie darauf Bezug nimmt. Die innert 10 Tagen einzureichende Beschwerdeschrift muss nämlich nach § 193 StPO sowohl den Kassationsgrund bezeichnen, als auch Angaben darüber enthalten, worin die behauptete Rechtswidrigkeit besteht.
